I’m not sure what size I am. Can you help?

Certainly – our size chart below provides a list of our sizes alongside estimated body measurements for each size. If you find that your measurements fall between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Do you have stores?

One day we hope to have our very own shopfronts, but for now you can find us at markets around Brisbane. Keep an eye on our social feeds for details on which markets and when.

Our market stalls have some very special exclusive sales, so be sure to pay us a visit!

 

Can I buy a gift voucher?

We are in the process of adding gift vouchers to the Voyageur store. Sign up to our Newsletter to be notified when gift vouchers launch!

 

Can I purchase items without making an account?

At this stage, you’ll need to create an account to shop with Voyageur.Creating an account is easy and free, and it means we’ll have your details on file for when you next want to order, making shopping a breeze.

 

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never cut corners on security, and we take every step to make sure your details are as safe as possible.
Voyageur is protected with an SSL certificate that uses SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption to protect sensitive data. It’s the strongest encryption on the market today, and it ensures that your data is protected at all times.

 

The size I ordered doesn’t quite fit. Can I exchange for another size?

The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order, and return the original item for a refund. Just visit our Returns page for more details on how to return an item.

 

How do I return my item for a refund?

We know that sometimes it doesn’t always work out, and our Returns process is designed to be as simple as possible. You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that we can only accept items that are in their original condition.

I’ve received an item that is faulty. What do I do?

Please contact us and we’ll sort it out straight away.

 

How do I track my items?

Just visit the Orders section of your Account to view tracking information for an order.

 

How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Australia:

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders, and takes about 3-6 business days.
Express delivery is a flat rate of $15, and takes 1-2 days.If your order totals $200 or more, you’ll receive free express delivery within Australia!

New Zealand:

Standard delivery is $15 flat for all orders, and takes 5+ days.
Express delivery is $25 flat for all orders, and usually takes 3 business days.If your order totals $150 or more, you’ll receive free standard delivery within New Zealand!

Other Countries:

Standard delivery is $35 flat for all orders, and takes 6+ days.
We currently do not offer a global express option.

Yes! We now offer global shipping. Rates are:

Australia: Free shipping
