Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have tags and any other accessories (such as belts, spare buttons or badges) intact.

To complete your return, we require the following:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) from your order you would like to return
  • Your reason for returning the item(s)

Please note that Gift Cards are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, try contacting your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by your financial institution.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@voyageur.com.au.

Sale items

We are always happy to give you a refund within 30 days if your Voyageur items don’t work out – whether it be a sale item or a full-price item.

NOTE: The only items that cannot be refunded are those that are specifically marked in the description as ‘no refunds’.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, the quickest way to do this is via a return. We suggest that you return the old item(s) for a refund, and place a new order for the correct items.

Exchanges for other sizes must be made within 30 days.

Shipping of returned item(s)

To return your item(s), please place them in a postage bag (we recommend Australia’s Post’s Prepaid Satchels) and send to our return address below:

Please note that we can only accept returns via Australia Post. Returned items sent via courier (e.g. DHL) cannot be received by our PO Box address.

The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service (we recommend Australia Post’s Prepaid Satchels) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
