Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Voyageur purchase, but if someting isn’t right for you, we offer 30-day returns.

Follow the simple steps below to complete your return. And if you need help, feel free to get in touch with us anytime.

Start by contacting us. You can also talk to us on Facebook messenger, or email us directly anytime at contact@voyageur.com.au.

We’ll need these things from you:

    • Your order number
    • Which items you’d like to return
    • Your reason for the return

Also be sure to check your items and ensure they are unworn and in the same condition you received them in. We can’t accept returns of washed, worn or damaged goods. Please note that any items labelled as ‘Final Clearance’ are not eligible for returns unless the garment is faulty.

Once we’ve authorised the return, pop your items into a postage bag (we recommend a prepaid satchel from your local post office) addressed to us at the below address.

Special note for Australian customers: Please note that we only accept returns via Australia Post.

Once we’ve got your items, we’ll process your refund. Please allow some time (usually up to 2 weeks) for the refund to process and reach your account.

A note on exchanges

Need a different size? The easiest way to exchange is to simply return the original item as above, and re-purchase the new one.
